What's this crazy wackadoo poem focused around? Two things: the madness of society and the double speak which plagues the unfortunate people who live within and on the fringes of it. This isn't to say that all people who live in or out of society's boundaries are hypocrites; we're all guilty in one way or another.
Rather, it's when someone says that they don't accept society's standards and are disgusted by them, and yet they adhere to them anyway when they're (the standards) dressed up as "being against them."
I'll leave the similes and metaphorical crazy talk to your imaginative minds.
